Moving house... mortgage query

Options
Hi

We are thinking about moving house...

current house is valued around £185k
mortgage outstanding is £117 plus secured loan of £15k

We would be looking at houses around the £220k mark....have combined income of around £55k...

The current mortgage is with IGroup - sub prime lender within GE Money.

Our credit rating is not great - can anyone advise where and how we should progress?

Thanks,
Thanks
Deb
