page numbers on forums

Those TINY little boxes with page numbers in when one is reading a forum and wants to go to next page or previous page as case may be. They are so tiny that it is very fiddly to get the arrowhead from my mouse pointer sited on just the page number I want - have been known to give up before now.
Only one other website that I like visiting that has same problem - so its not a common problem to me - just MSE and my one other (in fact have given up visiting the other site - because its just too much of a fiddle struggling to get that darn mouse pointer into their tiny little boxes).
