Freezer

When we had our new kitchen put in, we had to swap the freezer door to open on the other side. Since then, the freezer is now icing over and the drawers are getting stuck. Any advice before I go for a hotpoint service?
Thanks

Thermostat has probably failed. Usually a complete pain to get to on a freezer because of all the insulation, but yours might be simple....0

The door is not fitted correctly, air is getting in around the seal, causing it to frost up0
