They're probably already fluorescent lights so you won't find LED lights to be much more efficient at the moment. If they're working fine I would keep them until they stop working - by which time LED's will be cheaper and more efficient.0

You can buy kits of white LED strip (sticky-back) with a transformer very cheap these days. You could also go for RGB strip at little extra cost.
There probably isn't a huge efficiency saving over fluorescent tubes though.0 -
