Ebay CS feedback report

I have received a message from Ebay CS this morning asking me to complete one of their surveys regarding an experience of dealing with them on 8/6/14. I haven't had any contact with them. It was in my email and also my Ebay messages.
I clicked the link, but then thought something may not be right, so have changed my Ebay password to be on the safe side.
The interesting thing was that the first question had been changed from "how likely is it that you would recommend ebay" to how likely is it that you would recommend buying on ebay, and it is underlined.
Looks like they are sick of being told selling on Ebay is not something you would recommend at the moment.

They seem to define contacting customer service very loosely. Opening a case as a buyer or seller seems to come under it too.0

The only thing I did on Sunday was to check what time CS was open, but then decided not to bother phoning.
I was more interested by the fact they have changed the questionnaire. They only want positive comments. You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0
