Daily Mail Plus App

I downloaded the Dail Mail all free of charge a couple of months ago and liked it so much I ( and so did thousands of others) paid £119 for an annual subscription .
Last week the Daily Mail changed its app and replaced the original with a very poor substitute .
Hundreds of readers are now totally fed up with it and are demanding a refund since they have good paid for something that has now been taken away .

The Daily Mail team have basically told readers to 'bog off ' and will not consider a refund .

What rights do we have ?

Content is subjective, not much you can do except let a court decide if they refuse to change their position and you want to take it that far.

I found the new app a bit odd to start with, but after a day or two seems as good as the previous version. not sure why they changed it though.
