Ex-employer refusing to give names of company liquidators

A company I used to work for has been liquidated while owing me money.
The company/boss (which still exists in another form, a phoenix company if you ask me) is refusing to give me details of who the liquidators are so that I can put in a claim for the money I am owed.
So how on earth am I supposed to find out who the liquidators are?

Companies House. Find the company registration in their search facility, follow the link on the page of company information to Insolvency, then the link to the Administrators/Liquidators, and it'll give name & address. Only thing it tends to miss out is the name of the firm.

If you are creditor of the company, there's no reason why this info should be refused.
Phoenix companies/pre-pack administrations are not generally illegal, although unless secured/it being wages, you'll be at the bottom of the pecking order.
