I have received a parking charge from parking eye. This happened on the 13th may. At the time I was parking the ticket machines were out of order. There were signs on the machines stating this. I have appealed and failed. So sent another appeal asking them to view there cctv of me trying to purchase a ticket. Waiting for there reply can you help please.

Just sit tight and look forward to your day in court where you smugly produce the pictures of the "OUT OF ORDER" signs on the machines on the day in question. Just watch the parking eye lawyer squirm!

Now, you did take pictures in your defence before leaving your car there, didn't you?

Don't waste time talking to them. If you have had an appeal rejected you should have a POPLA code. read the newbies thread in the parking ticket forum and you'll find all the info you need to win a POPLA appeal.
