New Water Tank

Hi,
im looking to get a new water tank to replace an old asbestos one. I have been quote £440 to replace the tank parts and labour (leaving the old one in place as im having this removed by a team removing my asbestos ceiling). The plumber has also same he will need to build a platform for it to site on.
Does this sound reasonable?

drain the old roof tank, move it out the way, use the existing platform because all the pipework is already there, 1/2 days work (although you will be charged for a full day), so no i think it's too muchI'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.
