Norwich Traffic Control (GP Surgery)

Hi guys, this may be an incredibly stupid question......
I have received a parking ticket for parking in a managed doctors surgery.
The operator of the car park is Norwich traffic control.
the parking ticket was in the form of a parking ticket left on my driver window.
I have no intention of paying their charge, whilst they have signage it is very small and i did not see it when parked in the dark.
I intend to send the template provided on this thread to NTC, appealing this ticket.
however after reading through this forum carefully i could do with some advice, should i wait until they send me a notice to keeper letter, or should I send the company an email lodging my appeal now?
as i stated this may well be a very stupid question, so apologies if it is but i've not had to deal with this situation before.
regards
mike

Wait for the NTK - and please pm Crabman to move this post into its own new thread as this isn't a place for a new posting.

Welcome to MSE :hello: I've split your post into a new thread0

Were you attending the GP surgery? If yes, complain to them and get the PCN cancelled that way too. (As well as appealing).
@C-m ... I take it that these parasites are not one of those where it is worth appealing at NtD stage, and that they will likely issue an NtK?0 -
Potential breach of patient confidentiality. Norwich Traffic Control has no way of knowing that the keeper is the same person who attended the surgery, but they're going to write to the keeper regardless and tell him that his vehicle was at the surgery at the date/time in question.
Complain long and loud to both the surgery and the relevant Trust.Je suis Charlie.0 -

I thought about that but I think they are not one where you need to rush to appeal because they do send some sort of letter eventually (late, usually, which will help the OP) and NTC don't go straight to TNC or other useless debt collector straight away, AFAIK. So I would wait.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
