What happens next ?

I run an online business and have recently received a Money claim order from an unsatisfied customer. We challenged the order as we felt we acted within our T&C's and sent off a load of document evidence to support our claim. We have now received a letter back that looks as though it states we will have to go to court over this ! The money claim was for a really small amount (although they added nearly £60 to the value, not sure why) will we really have to go all the way to court over this, i assumed (wrongfully) after we challenged and sent evidence away that somebody would have just made a ruling. The travel costs alone would probably come to more then what the original cost was !
Any help on what the next steps will be would be more appreciated as we have certainly never been in this situation before
