Click on the 'Remove' link in the paragraph of text just under the bit advising you of the charges. I didn't see it either when I was booking a flight in the early hours of this morning, but someone else pointed it out to me not long ago. :)

damn i've booked it now. oh well. internet check in might be good to beat the q's

I got charged 70p each way on my switch card.... but still not complaining 2 return flights for 2.84..... very good :-)
If you've got a Visa Electron card, use that as they don't charge card fees on those transactions.

Not sure I can go yet, have to book time off, but hey for that price... its worth the risk... now to see how much I can fit in my cabin bag :rotfl: :rotfl:
That's the attitude I've taken - I've just booked a second flight for a few weeks after the first one. My finances are a bit of a mess, but if I find I can't go I'll just have to live with losing the 2p it's cost me. :D Just need to see if I can get one to Seville, & then that's my European trips taken care of - it's nice to have something to look forward to for a change. :)

    RE - Travel insurance.

Yes, I thought my insurance would cover at least some of the extra expenses. However, I have been informed that the cost of getting back is the carriers responsibility and no compensation can be given.

Ryanair refuse to compensate passengers as they should (EU Regualtion (EC) No 261/2004). If you do a google search under "ryanair" there are several sites outling passenger problems/complaints ect.

Can you ad bags at a later date and pay or do you have to add them now?

    TIA

You can add them later at twice the price!!!!!!!!!!

Prebook on line at time of booking = £10 return (per bag)

At the airport or before depature on the phone = £20 return (per bag)

£70. You'd be better off re-booking it with the correct details. :)

yeh i get charged £2 for taking no luggage on board, can't just select 0 baggage - i have to select zero baggage and priority boarding

you can actually have o babbage and then slect no priority booking and you will not have to pay the £2.

I mean in theory if evryone on the flight was to purchase priority then you are paying for nothing hehe

I just booked a flight for me and the girlfriend for a few days over her birthday. Never been to Riga before - looking forward to it before. Trying to decide now between a fairly basic room in the old town or a fancy romantic suite in a hotel that's about a 6 euro taxi ride out of the old town.

Anyone got any great sites for hotel deals ?
