Strange question... Had already exchanged last week, solicitors said completion would follow next day. Have contacted the mortgage lender who says the mortgage has been paid and settled. So is that same as completion? Haven't had an official 'completion' phone call yet. We don't live in the house and the keys are with EA

I'd be on the phone pronto to the EA and solicitor and asking them, folk on an internet forum are not going to know.

It depends on the nature of the transaction. More info needed, but if it's just that funds have been drawn down that doesn't mean completion has happened. And if you've not had a call re keys then probably not. You are best speaking to solicitor.
