Hi has anyone had a non-fault accident where the other driver has admitted liability but there car has been written off( cat4 ).I want to buy the car back from the insurance company but thery ara making it very difficult.

Assuming you aren't claiming off your own insurer, then insist you want the salvage (and will pay for it)0

and even if you are claiming off your own insurance there is an FOS decision along the lines of you should be able to retain the salvage0
