Faulty Electrical Item, Same Model In Stock But Different Colour: Exchange?

The machine was leaking out the back (the faulty machine is a 15-bar filter model with panarello wand). The water constantly flows out the panarello and not out the filter. I watched Youtube videos, studied the instruction manual, couldn't work out what was up.
I've got a machine by the same company, but mine has a grinder in it, I'm quite used to coffee machines. Couldn't work out what was wrong!
I definitely wouldn't buy the more expensive option, take a part out, then return it haha! Bad karma!! Though I do admire your cheek
I'm not savvy enough to fix a coffee machine, boyf is, but I wouldn't risk it.0
