Hello,
I've got a load of fennel growing in my garden (to the point of taking over!). I know there are lots of things you can do with the bulbs, but what about the feathery fronds? Any ideas for using them up - recipes etc?

Bulb fennel is Florence fennel, frond fennel is... um, the other one:D ...frond fennel!
You can just munch it... delicious. You can use it directly in cooking, also salads. Or, you wait until it has seeded, snd collect and dry the seeds. They are a common ingredient in Mediterranean and Asian cooking.
If it does run to seed, you'll have 34,768 more plants next year, 'cos some always self seeds.0
