A car backed into me in January and admitted liability, i went through his insurance to make thr claim as my insurance wanted me to pay excess and claim it back. Just got my renewel and says claim is pending and NCB = 0.
This claim has was finalised over 2 months ago, and as not my fault should i not have kept my NCB???
Thanks

You need to send your Insurers confirmation in writing from the other Insurers that they settled your claim. Your Insurers will then allow your no claims bonus.
If you ring your own Insurers first and ask them the best and quickest way to get the confirmation over to them (They normally have a backlog on snail mail). They will probably want it faxed or if you're polite you can probably get the person you speak to email address.0
