Bosch every time.
I've had mine for about 7 years now with no problems.
I had a chat with my reliable and independent appliance repair man and he said he would always recommend Bosch, even over Miele, as while Miele are also very good quality, of anything does go wrong the parts are much more expensive.
You should be able to find one for under £450.
Is your floor uneven? I wonder whether that would put more strain on the bearings?
It could be something to do with the raised floor as the washing machine is in utility type area and raised from underneath with things i think.0 -
Someone told me about me about Bosch and Miele being good quality ones with regards to overloading could be when washing large towels even when i had one with more kg the bearing still went on that have to replace the whole drum which is very expensive.
The Brands I have used in the past tend to be Hotpoint and Indesit which have failed really.0 -

I've had three Hotpoints. The first was still working when it was pensioned off to get a washer dryer. It was perhaps 5 years old. The second lasted 12 years, the current one is still going after 14 years.0
