Citifinancial Offer - advice please

I have had my complaints upheld. All 5 loans were lumped together with no breakdown
The PPI amounts were as follows
1. 491.27 + interest 317.89 - 2005
2. 86.69 + interest 50.35 - 2005
3. 689.16 + interest 484.48 - 2005
4 320.59 + interest unknown - 2004
and another loan they must have discovered, amount unknown.
I refinanced the loans and only had one loan at a time.
I have been offered the following:
Total PPI premiums which were applied to your account 1587.71
Plus interest on premiums applied 327.61
plus 8% interest 466.11
less previous rebate 1219.09
total redress 1162.34
less 20% of 8% applied
Total due to pay 1069.12
I am presuming the 1587.71 was the sum total of all five PPI's However the 1219.09 does that include the rebate of premiums and the rebate of interest that the premiums attracted?
Does this seem a reasonable offer given previous consumer experiences, because the letter issued states that the matter is now closed and any discussions regarding it must now take place with the FOS?
(on a positive note CitiFinancial have been easy to deal with and very prompt)
