£50 p/month - Very Long Term

Hi all,

I'm looking to tuck £50 p/month away somewhere for a very long term (approx 30 years). This value may go up in future, but to start it will be £50.

There is no lump sum to start, just a constant £50 p/month.

I've been looking at stocks & shares ISA's and like the look of those for a long term investment like this (albeit a small one).

I'm new to all things saving and so am using this as my 'starter' on my route to 'grown up saving' in future :D

Just looking for some advice on whether i'm thinking along with best lines with a Shares ISA, or if there's a better way to use the money over such a long term?

Just to note, i currently have no ISA's and so have no risk of using up any allowance at the moment.
