Sticky problem

we have garden lights(fake Victorian lantern types) installed a couple of years ago.All of them function well-but holders of bulb are loose and hence bulbs don't stay erect or straight.Holders are black in colour
Can anybody suggest some kind of cementing material(black in colour) I can pour into the lamp so as to fix the bulb holders straight?
or any other suggestion to sort this problem
lantern has glass panels
holder is plastic
frame is aluminium
here is the pic of what we have:

Hi
tried it and it fixed the bulb and bulb holder erect and stable.
But now the fuse trips after 1 min of putting on the lamps-does this material short the circuit?
And if I remove the bulb from two of the lamp posts I had repaired then there is no problem!!
any suggestions?0 -
You've probably filled in some designed in drainage, so any moisture/condensation has nowehere to go now and will short out your contacts.
Lesson learned....

What rusk means is that there is normally drainage and/or vent holes in these enclosures that lets moisture exit.
If you've blocked these up then the moisture/water stays in the enclosure and as water is an excellent conductor of electricity then its probably causing a short on the electrical contacts.
The resin (if you used the same one from maplins) is electrically insulating so it itself won't conduct electricity.0
