Hello,
My name is Jerome LOUIS. I created a petition online. It is about reducing GAZUMPING in the property market. I believe the estate agents always want to push the property price up by bullying the vendor. Estate agents should pay for the expenses supported by the gazumped buyer. If you think it is great idea why not signing up my petition.

Mr Louis,
You appear to be a little misinformed. EA's hate gazumping! It causes all sorts of grief that the agent has to put up with, agents are obliged by law to put all offers forward up to the point of exchange, its greedy sellers who are to blame.0 -
Is that you again Bruno
