Thanks everyone - so pleased I pushed on. I did use the parking prankster guide towards the end, at first I tried to do it all on my own, but I my wording wasnt anywhere near as good as PP guide.
I did have to call PE to demand my cheque they advised it would take a 'few weeks'. I told them they had two days to get my cheque to me before I execued the warrant :j it turned up recorded delivery the next day. Hopefully it should cash ok What most annoyed me about this whole thing is the fact they didnt tell me they had withdrawn, it was only when I rang the courts and they said they thought I had settled out of court! Very naughty PE.
