That's good, I can add that one to the NEWBIES thread. So unreasonable that they had to pay the defendant nearly £150!! :)
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

This is what she said on Facebook , good on her :)
I am so pleased I pushed on. Some sites told me to let it go when they had withdrawn but they have harassed me for two years and I was out of pocket and that's not on. They basically picked on me expecting me to give in.

She did well - she pursued her losses after they withdrew the claim - good on Miss Scott!

She did using pranksters guide, not sure if she had help from him directly. I'm sure he will pick up on this.

I got £100 from Glasgow City Council following a withdrawal prior to a Parking Adjudication hearing. I said they were playing the system and was an abuse of process as no new information had come to light since they initially rejected my appeal.

The PA agreed, although refused my claim of £175 to £100, it was still welcome getting their cheque.

    End of the first quarter...
One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.

Unless I'm very much mistaken that judgment says that ParkingEye lied. Surely not?

Heaven forfend! I'm sure it was just a(nother) mistake.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com
  • Wow, this is really good! Wonder if most of the times it would not be worth going after them...
