Well, isn't your mother blessed in both her good health and a wonderful, helpful child?
Thank you so much for your thoughtful comments, I will bear them in mind next time I need to climb onto a stool though it might have to wait until after my hospital appointment for my injured knee.0 -

I can't imagine being able to find a cleaner to come to the house just to do the blinds, other than a specialist. I don't need a cleaner now that I am retired and y.
The independent cleaners are paid by hour usually. So they wil vlean what u tell them to do. U rr paying. It depends how many blinds u need cleaning every month or so (assuming u dust every now and then). If its a few, cleaner may need couple hours and if itss regular they are willing to come .0 -
You can get a feather style duster with an extending handle which should reach all your blinds.'Yaze whit yeh hive an ye'll niver wahnt'

I've wondered about laying them on the floor and running the steam cleaner over them gently - will it work d'ya think?0
