How many pages are you thinking about ? and how many products will you want in the shop ?
Checkout pages can be done quite easily if you use the standard paypal scripts and carts.
The fact that you want logins etc will mean a database with probably mysql/php scripts.
That isn't too much of a problem but what are you going to do about hosting ? Are you looking for someone to quote for that also ?
Sorry if there are a lot of questions, hopefully it will help you to make the specification a little firmer.0 -
My son Michael is a web site builder, he is very reasonable as he is doing a degree and it helps him get throu university usual size web site from £350.
He has done many for local businesses and can send you any information and show you sites already up and running and can provide references from

and all other customers. let me know if you would be interested..:money:0 -
Have a look at www.templatemonster.com Depending what you want they are a cheap option but also very professional. TemplateMonster sells sites either non-exclusively and therefore cheaply or exclusively but more expensive. Search for the e-commerce templates.0

also take a look at www.123-reg.co.uk, The instant site builders good as you can design your website yourself in 5 easy steps, you have a choice of over 300 templates to choose from and it looks professionally done, u even have a flash intro, I've used the instant site myself, i think it costs me about £35 a year and is well worth the money.0
