Check your policy for automatic renewal.
I took out a policy with 'Annual Tavel Insurance' (ATI) in June 2012. I compared in June 2013 and changed to Swiftcover. I've had several emails from ATI lately saying that my policy will be automatically renewed in June 2014. So I checked my credit card statement for June 2013 and, sure enough, ATI had taken another payment. I had to ring ATI to cancell the 'Automatic Renewal'.
