    Rather than ploughing through this again - have you made any changes to the one I commented on earlier (other than taking out the 'Without Prejudice' and the 'fake PCN)?

    Yeah, just this:
    I have been informed that there was no damage and/or any obstruction/s caused, and that there was plenty of parking spaces available, thus there can be no loss arising from the incident.

    Not sure if need to add about the parking spaces or how to word it properly?
