Just under 2 years ago I bought a Blomberg fridge freezer and washing machine for my new kitchen . The fridge freezer failed a week ago. Blomberg sent an engineer as their products offer a 3 year guarantee . He identified a problem with the thermostat unit and ordered a new one. Then the problem started due to no stock of the part and no confirmed delivery date. Has anyone else had similar problems or am I just unlucky ?Managing without a fridge isn't easy.
