settled ccj's

Options
Hi

My friend has asked my advice and i don't know the answer so hoping you guys/girls can help please :)

Friend has 2 ccj's that are 6 months old and have now been enforced through a high court so the balances have been paid direct to the high court enforcement officer from Marston Group and she has received a certificate of satisfaction for both from them to say they are fully paid . She wants to know will it automatically update on her credit file or does she need to let them know and also now they are paid can she get them took off her file ?

Thanks:D

  • My understanding and experience is that the certificate is issued via the court and they automatically inform the registry trust who in turn inform all the CRA's

best to keep checking though to make sure its done, if not get the courts to inform the registry.
I love green dots :T I hate red dots

They'll stay on her credit file for six years, albeit showing as satisfied.
