And you may not have noticed but the Newcastle BHS reg saver has an 'issue 2'. If your'ns the 3% issue, you can also have Iss2, too... albeit 2.4% with same bonus rules etc.
So another slow burner alternative to the 1.5%s..

I think you may have needed a catchier title to get more attention... or maybe they looked and can't think of anything.. maybe would have helped if they'd said so.
I cant see anything else obvious ..
