LLoyds TSB PPI Claim

Can anyone advise me on how much I would get back on my claim if I am successful, details below:
Loan 1: Feb 2001
Amount borrowed: £11000
PPI £1884
Monthly payment: £328.77

interest rate: 10.32%
Term: 48 months
Consolidated into Loan 2
Loan 2: Sept 2002
Amount borrowed: £8387
PPI £3485
Balance transfer £8043
monthly payment £418.49
interest rate: 9.52%
Term: 60 months
consolidated into Loan 3
Loan 3: Nov 2003
Amount borrowed: £5,882
PPI £4547
Balance transfer £16,117.27
monthly payment £543.59
interest rate 8.41%
Term: 60 months
Loan settled Dec 2004 17,373.24

On the last loan looking at the statement the bank credited the £4547 back into my account in Dec 2003, would I be correct in thinking that I was still paying interest on the previous 2 PPi loan payments for the duration of the loan?

You will get all PPI back less the rebates they gave you, this will include PPI that was carried over into the next loans after the rebate that you paid back in the settlement figures.

In consolidating your loans you would have had a part rebate of the PPI, so it's difficult to say exactly what you paid.
Wait and see what the bank come back with.

  • Thanks for the replies however I'm a little confused as I'm sure the banks didn't rebate any of the PPI as I've checked my statements and the full amount of the outstanding amount was always carried on to the next loan. Please help!!!
