    A v M for Savvy

    2 x ASDA Aubergine Loose £1.00 N/A

    1 x KP Dry Roasted Peanuts (100g) £1.28 N/A
    4 x Haribo Maoam Minis (3x22g) £1.20 N/A
    1 x 7 Up (8x330ml) £2.18 N/A
    2 x Pakeeza Live Set Natural Yogurt (425g) £1.00 N/A
    1 x ASDA Baking Potatoes (2.5Kg) £2.00 £1.99
    1 x ASDA Spinach (350g) £1.50 N/A
    2 x ASDA Sweet Potatoes (500g) £1.80 N/A
    1 x ASDA Pink Curry Onions (1.5Kg) £1.76 N/A
    1 x Fanta Orange (2L) £1.00 £2.05
    1 x Fanta Fruit Twist (2L) £1.00 £2.05

    1 x Nestle Pure Life Spring Water (12x500ml) £2.30 £2.00

Do I not know about that one? They are forever buying the £1 pops in A on my receipts. So wish that M wasn't so pricey on the individual bottles so they can then, possibly, have a multibuy on getting people to buy 3:eek: (not sure as not paid much attention to it).

The 350g Spinach is N/A vs M - and rubbish at £1.50 IMO - as the 300g Spinach (outside of weight) is £1 in M:).

I've not done any shops in Sada for months and always I find Sada v sainsbobs a difficult shop to do. It does not help that mys is always lying to me.

yes it was the Funny Feet that really messed it up - at least though I now have over £6 in Shopotize [...]

You're quite right there - until the Raspberry Turnovers again went on offer, I'd been struggling finding Avs S items - they always have lots of those cooking sauces on 'offer' at £1 but, given previous glitches and given that I don't accept £1 for just 500g now, they just were useless. Even the SP stuff is very often substantially higher in Sains. - apart from the Rubber Gloves (and there's only so many pairs of those I can own). But, even with the Turnovers now on offer, there's only so many times you can buy versus 'half price' 69p before it doesn't become moneysaving at all but constant overbuying of the same items time and again. (That said I suppose people are buying again and again the same things vs T - the Paxo etc.)

But hey ho... I suppose not a real problem on the water as, even if I am so pedantic, there are 'always' (I hope:o) 'lots' of items for vs T so no need - I very much hope - to be buying waters as fillers, whereas the S comp., which is harder to get 8 good items, I can have two - still and sparkling water - and then buy several bottles to each to last the time between doing Sainsbobs comps. more rarely.

On Avs S, the Power Scourers are definitely ones to be hammering!! They are 3 for £2 in S, but S's version is an 'inferior' product - double-pan scourers - whilst A's is Tough Steel. Now the time to be buying in threes and stocking up!

With Bobs back up to 60p or still on 50p at best:( on the individual Rowntree Randoms, it's not as if anything could be got there or even two items to the 8. I feel like putting out an appeal to people to start buying in threes in S - at 60p x3 - £1.80 - vs A's 3 for £1.00 - and keep brandmatching and brandmatching S back to refunding to A's offer in order to try to encourage S actually to match the price on the shelves. (And remember you don't need to spend £20 anymore.) But really, that defeats the point as wanting much better than 3 for £1.00 but need S to put prices down. Please can people start buying for me (or rather for themselves:D) in S so that S puts the price down so that I can then get them, with the Maynards, in A. Ta very much! Though I suspect bloomin' S would, at best, go to 3 for £1, thus useless, rather than individual price drop.

If anyone is thinking about using CC for their Days Out x5 offer, it ends 23rd June (can be ordered now, last 6 months).
