If anyone knows of any good offers on bark chipping (or order online with free delivery would be even better)
To pacify OH I ordered 9 bags from Wilko when they had free delivery weekend. This was about 2 months ago and OH ignored them until now but he has started working on the bottom paddock and doing a very excellent job. He has done 2 sections so far and he has used 6 bags already. So after the next section he will run out and then there will be another half done job - one half will be show standard and one half will revert back to being a field
Do you have b&m bargains? I'm sure I saw offers for bark clippings and stone and they were very reasonably priced. For example white spar is £6.79 a bag in b&q for 25kg but 3 for £10 (20kg) bag in b&m0 -

Yes we have a huge BM - used to be a DIY store - Focus? - good excuse to go in - OH normally bans us from going there as we buy so many odds and sods and sweeties and junk
So more bark chipping is a good excuse to go esp as its next to sainsbobs and recycling - my Sundays are even more thrilling than my Saturdays:D“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. If you can "like" the facebook page to help spread the word, I'm sure they will be grateful.

mhoc another thought. Have you tried ringing a local tree surgeon .... Our local gardener who also takes down trees supplied loads for free for the paths where we have an allotment. I'm not saying its the best quality but it was free0
