Me too. I think it's just a bad chest infection. I went into a coughing fit and passed out yesterday and it nearly happened again earlier so thought I better get it checked out. I'm such a bloke with these things :rotfl: currently having a guessing game of who's got what.

Yes definately get it checked out :naughty:
I had a chest infection recently and it took me days to finally go docs :o

That must have been hard on your own! I remember in the ice there was this young lad trying to get going so I stopped to help him, he was very grateful and mentioned that several well built young men had walked straight by :mad:

I know we like to have equal opportunities, but most women do not have the strength to push a vehicle any distance, we simply are not equal strength wise, and I was very grateful for that guy helping I can tell you.
Was bloody hard work with a dodgy arm and hand i can tell ya:rotfl::rotfl:

When I had my first eye done I couldn't wear my glasses (for the 'yet to be done' eye) because they messed up the vision in the 'done' eye IFYSWIM. I had a really cheap pair if frames made up with one lens plin glass and the other prescription glass. Got me over the hump. alternatively, could you get one lense taken out of his old glasses ?
We got the other lense taken out on the way out the hospital;)

Never used Clinique, although I have a friend who swore by it but then started using the Cien from Lidl, and I have just had a desperate email asking me to get some more for her as she can't do without it, she has also told me she will never buy an expensive moisturiser again! Worth trying at least until bonus time does come around?

Thanks, I will have a look, although it's the redness solutions stuff I use as I've got really crappy skin that is worse with most things. I don't begrudge spending the money, as I don't ever go out, buy new clothes/shoes/bags, or have someone else cut my hair, and now I don't drink or smoke either, so this is my one little expensive indulgence :D (plus I'm using tcb money, so paying 1/3 technically)

I've recently had a mailing from Clinique to say they're giving away a free gift, 6 items plus bag, with a purchase of 2 or more items. The offer ends on Sun 22nd so not much time left. Google 'Clinique summer gift' & it's the second link/website down. That shows you what you get & which stores are participating.

Thanks, I know they have current deals listed on their website, but not future ones. I was hoping that someone might know for example 'boots always have one in July' etc. There hasn't been one for a while at Debenhams so I might just wait until after 22nd and see :)

  • A really random post now but I have searched to try and find the person so that I could thank them by PM but can't find who it was so I will just have to do it publicly.
Thank you to whoever it was that mentioned doing the 30 day shred on their lawn one morning. I went on you tube and had a look (sat in bed with a coffee at the time and it terrified me) but I decided to give it a go found level 1 a killer but am now on day 5 of level 2 and I feel sooo much better for doing it. So a massive thatnk you to whoever it was.

Am i the only person not buying the spring rolls?
I've been getting kormas, jalfrezis and those chicken dipper things.
Nobody here will eat the spring rolls so I figured I'm better off buying things they will eat (those chicken dippers are good with chips for small ones dinners)
Would I be better off getting the rolls and throwing them away?

    Thars what i've always done

Thanks for the help everyone. All worked. Prices are up in A (prob old news)

    Comparison on 2 korma/ 2 jalfrezi were both £6v£3.80

In other news the 4+4 free chunky kitkat does conpare to A at £1 :money:

    A shopitize question pretty please.

Can I buy 2 different things for shopitize cashback on the same receipt and upload that receipt twice - is this allowed?

If so this will take me over the fiver so I can withdraw for the first time- what method can you use for withdrawing that won't cost a free?

I normally add all the things I want to redeem, then upload receipt and it looks at all of them. Only had a problem with a couple, I.e. ben and jerrys as it came up with ice cream on receipt but emailed and they sorted it. You'd only need to upload another receipt if it was a different shop.
    Hth.

Ps, elite, sorry I'm more of a lurker. I feel a bit like a voyeur  sometimes as you all banter with one another but it feels weird to comment on someone's life when you don't know them. Anyway, PD, hope you're feeling better soon. My family all suffer with weak chests and get infections with nearly every cold. Pretty miserable even as a bystander so feeling for you... :(

Oh, also meant to ask about Orchard. I'm signed up for the berries thing but no vouchers have arrived? Is that normal?
