    Good evening :)

Managed a lovely wander around a very quiet Ts and As tonight and stayed out for the duration if the footie.

No cheap red in my Ts, in fact all the 2 for £8 wines had been completely cleared. I didn't really need red anyway, so I wasn't too bothered.

Fizz still compares well, if anyone needs it. I don't need it badly enough to buy anymore than one to test if it worked!

I had a random discount on my receipt. It said '30% off event' and the discount was 60p. The only thing I bought that was £2.00 was a plastic washing up bowl, so there must be 30% off some household stuff? No signs up for it.

    Got some game pre-orders :D

Nothing else of note and haven't checked my As receipt yet.

    Evening all.

I got 1 meal deal including a T Finest wine and 3 of the T Finest Prosecco but my 20% did not come off the wine. I have emailed cust services.

I also got the 30% off discount and it came to £1.50 but no idea what it was off?

    Do they actually scan it?

I just assumed that as this goes into the basket at the glitch price, it will just be printed out once the order goes through and some kind soul at Ts will pack it all up accordingly

I am no doubt wrong :o

Yes they do, if they didn't it wouldn't be possible to get the glitches as that's how they work. 2 discounts coming off, 3 for £2 (instead of 3 for 2) etc. If they sub for a higher priced item, they price adjust it.
I have had deliveries with subs that didn't work for that reason, that's why I can't see how subbed wine will come up at the glitchy price.

I could be wrong too :o in this case, I wouldn't risk it as I know my store don't have any. They must look at the guide price, as anytime I have ever ordered meat going half price next day, I received a joint half the size I ordered!

I had a lovely old fashioned salad for tea. None of this pasta couscous and dips rubbish:rotfl:

Home cooked ham and peas pudding
    Boiled eggs and jersey potatoes
    Home made coleslaw
    Tasty toms
    Roundhead lettuce and spring onions
    Beetroot and mixed pickles

    No mayo either....just salad cream.

    It was lush:T

How did we miss that?

My discount must have been off water guns I bought for my DS, guns were £5.00 and there is a discount of £1.50

    ;)

You never know, it is still possible :p

Ok, so Italy to win against Uruguay and Costa Rica - definitely doable :T

England must beat CR - I confess I don't know how many goals are needed - but doable

England always always get through by the skin of their teeth then go out on penalties in the quarters, thems the rules :);)

Just had a HD from Mt T.

Got 4 bottles of the glitchy wine and 8 Finest substitutes. Don't know how they worked it out but I paid £23,53 for 12 bottles =£1.96 per bottle

I am excited and nervous now, I wonder how on earth they worked that out. :j
