Pineapple won't work, either in threes, by itself or on mix and match on APG (at least from Monday's Morries collection and unlikely to change from Wednesday's). A's Standard Pineapple (for it is that) returning N/A on APG vs M on womble dated today. So that's out of the offer. Chance that Little Gem Lettuce (2 per pack), Salad Tomatoes (6 pack) and Plums (400g) might work. However, Little Gem is way too dear, IMO, vs even 50p equivalent (M 3 for £1.50) - that amount of lettuce for 45p? At best and no guarantee it would work at all. Surely the much larger and 'safe' Iceberg and Round Lettuces vs M. Or even the 40p T Eday Lettuce (gritted teeth:eek::D:rotfl:). Salad Tomatoes vs 50p equivalent too dear - 6 pack of Salad Tomatoes was 39p in Aldi some time ago.

That just leaves 400g Plums as any 'okay' price. I hope vs M at 3 for £1.50, although msm says 69p. The Sweet Pears packs (N/A in A) are v.good IMO - 3 for £1.50 in M making them 50p:T. I found the packs to be around 800g each - and they have 6 pears in them not 5 that msm says. Would have been nicer if 7 or more, but, hey ho, weight is fairly good! Both a savvy buy and a Savvy buy:T:T. Even if not as good as the last remaining packs of the Jazz apples.

You could of course mix and match the Pears packs with the Pineapple in M (as that not comparing on APG). 50p each in effect. Or with the 400g Plums if you want to play safe on them just getting them in M itself.

Is this the finest old vines doo dah from yesterday?

I got some in store this morning....first glance at the finest section was a bit worrying...but then phew found it elsewhere :T

When the SA authorised the alcohol she pressed a button which looked like it said 'this customer is clearly over 25''
    How very rude :eek::(:rotfl:

    Think so mildew:)

Just caught the coat tails of it I think.

12 bottles of the Finest Cotes du rousillon at £2.40 a bottle.

Had it before and it's not brilliant but drinkable.

    Stocks are perilously low:o

    Good evening :)

Managed a lovely wander around a very quiet Ts and As tonight and stayed out for the duration if the footie.

No cheap red in my Ts, in fact all the 2 for £8 wines had been completely cleared. I didn't really need red anyway, so I wasn't too bothered.

Fizz still compares well, if anyone needs it. I don't need it badly enough to buy anymore than one to test if it worked!

    £8.99 £6.50 £10.00 £9.99

I had a random discount on my receipt. It said '30% off event' and the discount was 60p. The only thing I bought that was £2.00 was a plastic washing up bowl, so there must be 30% off some household stuff? No signs up for it.

    Got some game pre-orders :D

Nothing else of note and haven't checked my As receipt yet.

I think it is rude that they do not ask for proof of age... We could challenge them next time

Is there any way of telling which store the order comes from?
