Thanks Call Of Trouty and Bubbs for your response. Went to collect the order that was paid for mostly using e- vouchers generated from the reeed diffusers. I think the stores are flagging this up rather than the main department, man on our c & c is rather rude and is always asking what e-vouchers are, so he may of phoned to have the account checked and highlighted . They did not even call to let me know that my order had been cancelled. Customer Services are not useful and said they would get back to me after making me wait for a long time on the phone. I have not placed that many orders so cannot understand this, and I am still within the monthly limit but will keep everyone updated.

thanks bluewkd for the pastry glitch am getting low as boys love pies and ??? now having mind blank no laughing but the cakes with pastry, jam, almond sponge, icing and a cherry on top, i have to make those at least once a week:p
