Yes just freshly picked. Anyone who likes rhubarb and has the space must try growing it. It's the easiest thing in the world.

I've just cut it up and popped into a dish with some brown sugar and a tablespoon of orange juice.
I was going to grate in some ginger but that would be selfish of me as only me likes ginger.

It's now in a hot oven. Crumble to follow soon:D

We got an allotment at the end of last year but need to sort we have lots of grass :rotfl:. We've got rubarb at home which normally does quite well.

If yes I eat them regularly Jacket Potato , mixed in mash with with normal potato and also in soups
