Good afternoon
Decided to treat my sister to shopping with my obscene womble. She has discovered my niece is having twins;).
Next weekend we will shop in the town where my Mum lives.
We haven't visited that store since last year.0 -
Morning allMorning all info req.Car Parking Legoland I am taking the family to Legoland Has any one used the carparks and what is the basic differenc between the £4 and the £9 priority car parks other than one must be nearer the entrance is the cheaper one a long walk away any help appreciatedWe went last year and ended up in the overflow car park as it was so busy - still not that far to walk to be honest. They have all sorts of "priority" passes that are designed to extract even more money out of you. We have worked out that when visiting attractions start at the opposite end as most people follow a certain route, or head straight for what you really want to go on first.
The queues were long on busy days, so also take as many supplies with you as you can carry (whatever you are thinking of, increase it!) as the pricing is not cheap in their shops and with all the walking kids get very hungry!
We got annual passes through T CC boost and spent two days there and will be going back again this summer too.
Oh, and we went for the signposted diversion/alternative route to get in (takes you a slightly longer route in round the back of Windsor) as it was ultimately quicker and less time sat in traffic.
Anon
Ohhhh have fun! We've not been there in ages (last time we went they hadn't started charging for parking).
We used to get there just gone 9.00 AM and would queue out near the roundabout before the opened the barriers, that way we could park pretty close to the entrance in what was the free car park (I assume it's now the £4 one).
I'd love to take the kids back again but I can't believe how expensive it is now!
I did write a much longer reply but deleted most of it because Anon's already said itHistoric Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
Mortgage started June 2015 = £170,000 January 2022 = £134,000
Saving for Xmas 2022= . . Amazon £55

Not 'seen' you guys for ages! Hope you're all doing ok and have had lots of glitches.
Dodgy rotas at work had me working 50 hours for a couple of weeks  Then had t squeeze in new parents evening, housework and occasionally seeing my children
Just back yesterday though from a lovely holiday to Yorkshire with OH, both of our Mums and the boys. We were so lucky with the weather and all had a great time.
I've got a few days off now before I start nights later this week so might be able to catch up with you a bit more.
For anyone who remembers, I had a barium swallow a few weeks ago. It didn't show any obvious stricture or pressure on my oesophagus :j Bloods still skewy but putting it all to the back of my mind.
Glad you had a fab holiday Logie :j
50 hours in a week? Can they even do that? Hope you get it sortedHistoric Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!

Oh no don't tell me that. I got what I think was a bargain from Argos.
http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/5089002.htm
But I will have to manually update it to 8.1 which is meant to be better. There were few that already had it installed but they were so much more expensive. I think I probably have some Scottish birth right. :rotfl: Really I could have afforded whatever I wanted this time but just couldn't hand over the money.0 -
Too true, she didn't have time to rewash something other day and said she just had to wipe the trail off. _pale_davemorton wrote: »Student house, slugs, sounds like a good chilli to me. Also, fly's are full of protein, very good for you

He bought a brand new car for his son, who was a trainee doctor. The doctor was driving to work with another 3 doctors in the car, they got a flat. Managed to change the tyre, but had left the brand new alloy wheel and tyre by the road side, as they though that it was broken, and no good any more.
