Angelina Jolie has been made a dame! She seems a little young for it...

Anyone in need of a chatup line to use on the ladies?

Try "I'm not a weatherman, but you should expect a few inches tonight".....guaranteed to get you.....

I think this line could be used on men as well!

    But no slap is expected!

My favourite line is 'does this cloth smell like chloroform?' or if they really like Harry Potter 'hey baby I maybe a Gryffindor but there's something in my pants a Slytherin'

    fc any adventures today :D

    I have guests :D
My best friend from childhood and her partner are spending the weekend. They've now gone to bed.....lightweights  :D although to be fair she is heavily pregnant (and over 40!!)

So I spent all day fussing and worrying over EVERYTHING, her partner is very well to do and has never been here before, although Ive met him a few times. As it turns out, it was all very relaxed and we had a fab time :)

I do have proof that my OH doesn't listen to me though  I have told him all about my friends partner, plenty of times. So over dinner my friend mentioned her partners family and their 'estate'........so he says 'oh Ive been thinking of trading my car in for something bigger, probably an estate'.......*TUT* *SIGH* ** ..........The family has a small estate in Scotland, the sort with houses and land.....not wheels :o :rotfl::rotfl:
......me, no I wasn't embarassed at all :(:o :rotfl:

    A little young indeed

And why has she commanded a British honour?

Not being goady, genuine question, isn't she American?

I had thought that it was restricted to the British... but ... she has done some good work for good causes so I am pleased, better than a tax dodging English man!
