2 things - if you ever get 5 mins to yourself.
Check your junk emails before you click delete. I was going through mine last night and always open them even if they look tedious. One came in late last night I opened it and it needed an immediate response which I did and we now have an invite to Tatton hall for tea and pastries :T
Also don't just hurl junk mail into the recycling without checking. I had one this morning that looked like the usual !!!!!! junk mail but when it opened later it turned out to be 2 vouchers/codes worth £20 each to use in !!!!!! or online. I took out !!!!!! house insurance back in May because it was over half the cost of what my previous insurer wanted (sainsbobs) so I saved about £160 and the offer was also £40 Tesco what I thought would be a gift card but this is just as good.
The letter does not look like anything special, you would very easily bin it.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Omg I'm bursting with excitement over the 500 point pre orders at T. I literally just spent the last lot (treated myself to an iPad Air 64gb) :T - admittedly not the best use of my points but I've lost the pen drive with all my different cc account details on it so had no idea which points referred to with email or account. No way was I gonna ring Ts about it and risk them delving into my accounts so just bit the bullet and got rid of them all. I'm pretty happy anyway....:D.
Let's just say I shall be buying a "few" pre orders this time round but will be keeping a good log with a back up of which cc refers to what....
Anyone else buying?0 -

However, unfortunately reminding employers of their responsibilities also cuts no ice (with them) and they can easily get someone else in instead.
:( The only thing that matters is their bottom line:(.
I'd be asking whether you had got your trade union involved. However, I expect the reply to be 'what?' as, if the place has no grievance procedures, it's unlikely to have any trade union and trade union power has been weakened and weakened over many years. So, sadly, people are left with struggling more and more, getting worse, and suffering mental illness and breakdown which then sees them off work for even longer. It's a no-win situation as, if you try to raise it, it, well, either/both won't be heard and you'll be cast as the one who 'can't cut it', and if you stay quiet and soldier on, you end up likely having a breakdown. There's case law about stress in workplaces (Walker vs Northumberland C.C. (1995)) but that's all just theory.
I'd be speaking to your doctor, as if you are stressed, you probably need help there, also possibly counselling (there are some very good counselling services, all free, around - do take whatever is available and offered to you).
Best of luck:).
after you ve been to the docs, get a letter to take to your boss. They change their tune when they think they are going to get sued. Mine certainly did. Make sure others in higher positions get a copy to.grocery challenge 9.86/600 -
