We had a BRILLIANT time today

We arrived at 9.30am so parking was not a problem.
Take cash as not all retailers could get their card machines to work
We paid £5 for a guide which included a free bar of chocolate - we didn't think it was worth it
There is a goody bag which was worth having
The food area got REALLY busy and therefore very hot around lunchtime!
Freebies were very sparse but as you come into the events hall (by the enormous lampshades) turn left and have your photo taken inside a camper van. If you do and take it to the local Home Sense store, you get a free £10 voucher.
We found the time flew so I would say plan where you want to visit.
We took a shopping trolley for our purchases which saved achy arms!
We were extremely lucky to see the following in the super theatre - Lawrence L. Bowen, Martin Lewis and George Clarke. Martin and George were brilliant.
Check the Ideal Home website for who is on tomorrow
Have a great time and please tell us how you got on
"One hundred years from now, it will not matter what kind of car I drove, what kind of house I lived in, how much was in my bank account, nor what my clothes looked like but the world may be a little bit better because I was important in the life of a child."0 -
