Finally after 4 years i have a statement from citibank regarding my ppi claim.I successfully claimed £972 from them in march 2010,i was in debt management at the time and they show me this payment on their side but it has never been changed on the moorcroft balance ,citi finance are a nightmare to get in touch with and get replies ,supposedly moorcroft tried and failed to get clarification on the payment but finally 4 years later i have proof that the balance has never changed ,would be entitled to 4 years interest ,it is bad enough being in debt management without having to get this rectified 4 years on ,a lower balance also means other creditors have had less money than they should have .
