Little pup died this morning

He was only 14 months. Gorgeous, into everything and so full of life...and love.
He escaped from the garden and got hit by a car. The person didn't even think to stop and put him at the side of the road- just left him in the gutter for somebody else to find. I find some happiness that a police officer found him and stayed with him during his last moments. I have be reassured it was quick and he didn't suffer to much.
Hes up playing on the Rainbow bridge now. He may be gone- but he will never be forgotten.
Time to suffer a tough few weeks and hopefully overtime i'll find a way to cope with out my pal.
