Can old windows be used after replacing lintels?

Hey folks

Ive just received a building survey today on a house i want to buy, and it sugests that pretty much all the lintels need replacing.

Several windows are upvc double glazed - can these be put back in after the lintels are innstalled or do we need new ones?

Thanks for reading :)

Yes they can be kept . I recently put a new lintel over my kitchen window without removing the window.
    Forgotten but not gone.
