Santander 123 Fixed Rate ISA - Changes due?

Good afternoon everyone,

I spoke to Santander this afternoon as i had a couple of questions regarding transferring an existing ISA to the 123 2 Year Fixed Rate one.

The guy i spoke to told me to do it over the weekend if i wanted to change it. He would not be drawn as to what might be happening Monday but i suspect the rate may be lowered from 2.3%.

I just wanted to post this in case anyone is thinking of changing to that option.

Best wishes,

Tracey

    interesting, thanks,

for me the the extra .1% interest over a 123 CA didnt make this ISA worth it. hopefully rates will increase

There have been a couple of threads on this already. Speculation is that rate drops on Monday to 2.1 or even just 2 percent.

Had a quick look at the Santander website earlier and Innovate was spot on; the rate has been reduced to 2.0% for the 2 year fixed rate 123 ISA.
