Dent repair?

Hi,

I'm planning on purchasing a used car, there's a small dent at the front of the driver door, and I was wondering if anyone could give a ball park figure for how much it would likely cost to repair? I've put a deposit down on the car (refundable) and I'm going to see if that can quote me a price including getting the repair work down. I'd say it's not more than 7cm long and 1cm wide.

Here's the dent (as I'm new it won't let me post it as an IMG):

I'm not worried about the actual dent, just the missing paint. Anyone had any experience with dents?

Thanks,

I was going to suggest a paintless dent removal for around £70-£90 but yours looks a bit creased as well so I'm not sure it'll work. Try giving someone like Dent Devils - http://www.dentdevils.co.uk a call if you have a local guy, they'll be able to give you a better idea once they see the dent in the flesh.

Edit: I just re-read your post, you haven't actually got the car yet. TBH it could be anything from around £100 to £300, could be more depending where you take it to.
