I parked in disabled but my badge must of slipped of dash board .I got a fine I sent them copy of log book and badge they say I still av to pay .help ?

You don't haqve to pay and your blue badge has no meaning in a private car park.

Which outlines all the various options for dealing with this but IMO,m you should start with a firm letter to whoever retailer/operator you were going to see, reminding them of the Equality Act and having them cancel it.
