Before you buy a place anywhere go and spend more than a couple of weeks there and find out if you really like it!
Talk to people about things like how often the power goes off, if the water always runs, the temperature all year round.
Talk about the cost of utilities and petrol make sure you know everything it's very different to own than to holiday!0
